Which of the four routes do I need?
It depends on what you can hand us. If you have a drawing or a 3D file, use OEM Manufacturing. If you have a logo and a SKU list, use Custom Branding. If you only have a bike model and an idea, use Project Solutions. If you are buying to resell, open a distributor account.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the route. We ship catalog and branded parts in mixed cartons at low volumes. OEM and project runs start at the tooling and packing minimum we quote for your specification. We quote the minimum together with the tooling cost so the break-even is visible.
Can you produce a part from my sample?
Yes. Send us the sample and we confirm the material, the dimensions and the finish before we quote, so the price matches the part you actually need rather than a similar one in a catalog.
Do you handle packaging and labeling?
Yes. We cover artwork, cartons, inserts and market-specific labels in the branding and OEM routes, and we print them with the production run instead of sourcing them separately.
How long does a first order take?
Catalog and mixed-carton orders leave our warehouse in days. Branded parts add proofing and printing time. New tooling and project development depend on the drawing, so we confirm a schedule together with the quotation.
