OEM & ODM MANUFACTURING

You have a drawing. We turn it into a product you can sell.

You send us a 2D drawing, a 3D file or a physical sample. We review it for manufacturability, cut the tooling, approve a first sample, run production, inspect it and pack it for export. One team is responsible from your file to the sealed carton.

What you bring

  • A drawing or 3D file: STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF or PDF
  • The material, surface finish and tolerances you need
  • The quantity for your first order and for a full year
  • Your packaging artwork, if you already have it

If your drawing is complete, we build from it. If it is only half finished, our engineers complete it first. Both routes are covered below.

What we deliver

  • We send a manufacturability report within 48 hours, before we cut any tooling
  • We build the tooling in-house, document it and hand it over to you
  • We measure a first sample against your drawing and you sign it off
  • We run production with incoming, in-process and final inspection records for each batch
  • We prepare the export cartons, the labels and the shipping documents

You get one contact, one schedule and one record for every order.

OEM OR ODM

Two ways in. The difference is who does the design work.

Both routes run on our own line with the same engineers, the same tooling and the same inspection records. What changes is how complete your drawing is when it reaches us.

OEM

You bring a finished drawing

The product is already defined. You need a factory that can build it exactly as specified, on a schedule you can plan around.

  • You hand over a complete 2D or 3D drawing with material, finish and tolerances
  • We review it for manufacturability and quote the tooling against that drawing
  • We cut the tool, run a first sample and send it to you for sign-off
  • We go into production with the drawing unchanged, unless you issue a revision

Best whenThe part is settled and you are looking for capacity, not development.

ODM

You bring a concept and a rough file

The idea exists but the design does not. Our engineers finish the model, the drawing and the specification before anything is cut.

  • You hand over sketches, a sample, hand measurements or a competitor part
  • We build the 3D model and the full drawing, including material and tolerance call-outs
  • We send the drawing to you for approval before any tooling is cut
  • We then run the same tooling, first sample and production route as an OEM order
  • You own the finished drawing and the tool once the development is paid for

Best whenYou know what the part should do, but not yet how it should be built.

Not sure which one you need? Send whatever you have, even a photo or a sketch, and we will tell you which route your project falls into.

SUPPLY CASE

We supply NIBBI Racing

SENBEDER is NIBBI's authorized agent in China - and the line behind part of their carburetor and control range.

SCOPE OF THE WORK

The same four steps, whichever route you take

An OEM drawing and an ODM drawing both end up on the same line. We are not a broker forwarding your file to a factory, and you get the record for every step.

FILE REVIEW

Design review before tooling

We check wall thickness, draft angles, gate position and tolerances while the design is still a file, before anyone cuts a mold.

TOOLING

Tooling cut in-house

We design the tool, cut the steel, run the trial shots and repair it if needed. The contract states who owns the tool and how you buy it out.

FIRST ARTICLE

First sample approval

You receive a sample with its dimensions measured against your drawing. Production starts only after you approve it.

PRODUCTION & QC

Batch records per run

We inspect incoming material, check the line during production and inspect again before packing. The reports ship with your order.

AT A GLANCE

Capacity behind an OEM or ODM run

26 Years we have manufactured motorcycle parts
48 h Design review on a complete drawing
7–12 days First sample after trial shots
60+ Export markets we supply

HOW IT RUNS

From your file to a sealed carton

The people who cut the tool read your drawing

01 · FILE

The people who cut the tool read your drawing

Our tooling engineers do the design review, not a sales desk. If a wall is too thin or the part will not release from the mold, you hear about it before we quote, together with a suggested fix and what it costs.

  • We accept STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF and PDF
  • We sign an NDA before we open any file
  • We keep a change log for every drawing revision
We check every run before it ships

02 · RUN

We check every run before it ships

We sign off the first sample, check the line as it runs and write a final inspection report. If a batch drifts outside tolerance, we stop it on the line instead of letting you find it in your warehouse.

  • We send a dimensional report with every first sample
  • We keep batch records for your repeat orders
  • We prepare export cartons and pallet plans to your specification

OEM AND ODM DIRECT, OR THROUGH A TRADING OFFICE

One production line, or three companies in a chain

Most OEM and ODM orders pass through a trading office that forwards the file and waits. With us, the order never leaves the building.

OEM & ODM FAQ

What buyers ask before they pay for tooling

These are the questions that decide an OEM or ODM order: files, design ownership, tooling, minimums and timing.

What drawing formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES and DWG are best for 3D work. DXF, PDF and a physical sample also work. If you only have 2D drawings, we will rebuild the model. Send whatever you have and we will tell you what is missing.

My drawing is only half finished. Can you still quote?

Yes. That is an ODM order. Send what you have, even a sketch, a photo or a physical sample, and our engineers build the 3D model and the full drawing first. We quote the design work separately from the tooling, so you can see both numbers before you commit.

Who owns the design in an ODM project?

You do, once the development is paid for. The drawing, the 3D model and the tooling are handed over to you, and we can sign an assignment of rights if your market requires it. If you would rather share the cost, we can agree shared ownership tied to a volume commitment.

Does ODM cost more than OEM?

It costs more up front and less later. An ODM order adds engineering time before tooling, which we quote as a fixed development fee. An OEM order skips that fee but assumes you already carry the design cost. In both cases the tooling and the unit price are quoted the same way.

Who owns the tooling?

You do, once you have paid for it. The contract states the ownership, the buy-out price and the terms for moving the tool, before we make the first cut. We do not keep tooling to secure future orders.

What is the minimum order for an OEM part?

The process decides it, not a fixed number. A machined part can start at a few hundred units. An injection mold needs enough volume to pay back the tool. We quote the minimum together with the tooling cost, so you can see the real break-even.

What if my drawing cannot be manufactured as drawn?

You get a manufacturability report that lists the problem, a suggested change and the cost impact of each option. You decide. We never change your part without telling you.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign it before we open any file. Send the NDA with the drawing and we will return it signed.

How long does a first order take?

The design review takes about 48 hours. Tooling takes 5–10 working days for a simple part, and the first sample follows 7–12 days after trial shots. Production starts after you approve the sample. We confirm the exact schedule with the quotation.

Have a drawing ready? Send it to our engineering desk and we will send you a manufacturability note back, not a brochure.

GET IN TOUCH

Send the drawing, or what you have of it

Tell us the part, the material and the annual quantity. If the drawing is not finished yet, send the sketch or the sample instead. Our engineers reply with manufacturability feedback, the route your project falls into and the next step.
