CUSTOM BRANDING

Your brand on our catalog.

Choose the parts you already sell from our range. We put your logo on the product, your artwork on the box and your barcode on the label. We use existing molds, so you pay no tooling cost and you wait weeks, not months.

What you bring

  • Your logo as a vector file: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF
  • The SKUs or categories you want us to brand
  • Your packaging artwork, or a reference you like
  • The market you sell into and the label language

If you have no artwork yet, send us the logo and we will prepare a proof for you to approve.

What we deliver

  • We send a digital proof that shows your logo on the actual part
  • We apply a laser mark, a pad print or a metal badge, whichever suits the surface
  • We print the color box, the insert, the manual and the market label
  • We add the barcode and the regulatory marks your market requires
  • We run production, inspect the parts and pack them in export cartons with your brand on them

We use existing molds, so your minimum stays low and your first order ships in weeks, not months.

WHERE YOUR BRAND GOES

Four ways the logo gets onto the part

The surface decides the method. We will tell you which one holds up on your product, and what it costs.

LASER

Laser marking

We laser-mark metal housings and lens bezels. The mark is permanent and does not fade with cleaning or UV.

PAD PRINT

Pad printing

We print one to four colors on curved plastics and small faces. It is the usual choice for logos on light-colored housings.

BADGE

Metal badge

We rivet or bond a separate metal emblem to the housing. It reads as a premium brand mark rather than a print.

PACKAGING

Box and label

We print the color box, insert, manual, barcode and market labels with the production run, so you do not source them separately.

WHAT YOU CAN BRAND

Four ranges already in stock

Branding is fastest in these ranges because the molds already exist. You pay no tooling, your minimum is low and your lead time is short.

Lighting & Electrical

Headlights, tail lights, turn signals, relays and wiring are the most requested range for private label.

Controls & Hardware

Levers, clamps and brackets are small metal parts where pad print or laser keeps the cost down.

HOW IT RUNS

From your logo file to a branded carton

You approve the mark before anything is printed

01 · PROOF

You approve the mark before anything is printed

We photograph your logo on the real part and send it for approval. Size, position and color are fixed at that point, so nothing changes on the production run.

  • We prefer a vector logo and accept a 300 dpi PNG
  • We confirm the position and size on a real sample
  • We redo the proof free of charge if you do not approve the first one
We print the packing with your order

02 · RUN

We print the packing with your order

We produce the boxes, inserts, manuals and labels alongside the parts. That way the barcode, the language and the regulatory marks all match the market you sell into.

  • We place the barcode and market labels to your specification
  • We can mix SKUs in one carton if you need it
  • We print your brand on the carton marks, not ours

PRIVATE LABEL, OR A FULL OEM RUN

Your brand on a stocked part, or a new part

Most buyers do not need a new mold to launch a brand. This is where the two routes separate.

BRANDING FAQ

What buyers ask before their first branded order

We answer the practical questions here: logo files, tooling cost, minimums and packaging.

Do I have to pay for tooling?

No. Custom branding uses molds we already own, which is why there is no tooling charge and why the minimum is much lower than an OEM run. You only pay for the part, the marking and the packaging.

What logo file do you need?

A vector file is best: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A 300 dpi PNG works for simple marks. If you only have a photo of your logo, we can redraw it. There may be a small artwork fee.

Can I mix several SKUs in one order?

Yes. Mixed cartons are normal for private label. You can combine lighting, body parts and hardware in one shipment, as long as each SKU meets its own minimum.

Can you print my own packaging design?

Yes. Send the artwork and we return a proof before printing. We can also supply a dieline template if your designer needs the exact box dimensions.

Can you add my barcode and market labels?

Yes. We place the barcode, the importer address, the language variants and the regulatory marks according to the rules of the market you sell into. Tell us the country and we handle the rest.

What is the minimum quantity per SKU?

It depends on the part and the marking method, and it is lower than the minimum for an OEM part. Send the SKU list and we will confirm the figure per item.

Not sure which marking method suits your product? Send a photo of the part to our team and we will recommend one.
