A factory. Development, tooling, molding, assembly and inspection sit under one roof in our 5,000 m² plant, staffed by around 300 people. Where a part is sourced rather than produced in-house, we say so before you order — the quotation always states who makes the part.

Inspection runs at three points: incoming material, in-process parts and the finished batch. Critical dimensions are measured against the drawing, and every batch is checked before packing. Results are recorded per run and can travel with the shipment.

Yes. Our engineers handle optical design, housing and heat-sink layout, and mold development. The company holds around 100 patent certificates covering lighting structures, mounting designs and housing assemblies.

Catalog items follow the pack size shown on the product page. For OEM and private-label runs the MOQ depends on the part, the tooling and the packing — it is quoted with the project rather than fixed per category.

A standard quotation usually comes back within 48 hours of a complete brief. Samples take a few weeks; production lead time depends on tooling and quantity and is confirmed in writing with the quotation.

Buyers in more than 100 countries, with regular shipments to Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East, Russia and Southeast Asia. Freight, packing and documentation are quoted per destination.

Yes. Private label covers product marking, cartons, labels and inserts, and can run on the same production batch. Artwork is approved before the run starts, and a signed-off sample is kept as the reference for repeat orders.

Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit the plant in Ruian, and we can run a live video walkthrough of the production and inspection areas for teams that cannot travel. Audit checklists are answered in writing before the visit so the time on site goes to the points that matter.

Fitment is confirmed before the order: model, year, version, the original part number and a photo of the mounting area. Year alone is not enough — manufacturers change a model mid-cycle without changing its name, which is the most common cause of a fitment claim.

Send photos of the part, the packaging and the affected units. Fitment and quality claims are reviewed against the production record for that batch, and the outcome — replacement, credit or correction — is agreed in writing rather than left to the next order.
