Inspection of signal lighting system
Check whether motorcycle far and near beam lights, motorcycle left and right turn signals, horns, motorcycle brake lights and other electrical parts are normal.
Inspection of motorcycle rear brake light switch
The rear brake light switch is set on the frame of left rear side of the engine. The adjustment method is to turn the adjusting nut clockwise if the light turns on too late.
Adjustment of the free stroke of motorcycle rear brake pedal
Usually the free stroke of the rear brake pedal should be 20-30 mm, otherwise it should be adjusted. Turn clockwise, the free stroke of the rear brake pedal will decrease, and counterclockwise rotation in the direction increases the free stroke. After adjustment, check at any time to see if the rear brake light is shining properly.
Cleaning and replacement of the chain
The transmission chain should be cleaned frequently with gasoline or kerosene. The cleaning method is as follows: remove the chain clip, and then pull out the chain, clean and dry, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, finally reinstall it as it is.
Inspection of rear flat bushing
Prop up the main bracket to erect the vehicle, and shake the rear wheel left and right to judge the tightness of the bushing by feeling.
Lubricant replacement
When replacing the lubricating oil, use a 24 mm plum wrench to open the oil port cap, drain the oil and take out the filter, and then clean it in detergent, or use compressed air to blow from the inside to the outside to clean it. Then step on the starter lever several times to squeeze out the residual oil, and carefully put the oil filter, spring, and oil drain hole cap in right place, next screw it in a clockwise direction, and ensure that the rubber seal is well sealed, and tighten oil hole cover. In order to keep the car body clean, please wipe off the residual oil near the fuel filler port after refueling.
